What happens next

Confirm the connector

Claude opens the custom connector form with Soria Analytics and the Soria endpoint already filled in. Confirm the prefilled details.

Sign in to Soria

Sign in with your existing Soria account when Claude opens the Soria OAuth flow.

Approve access

Review the requested access and approve it. Claude then connects using your Soria permissions.

Manual setup

If the one-click button does not open Claude, use this canonical endpoint:
The endpoint must include the final /mcp.

Individual setup

  1. In Claude, open Customize → Connectors.
  2. Select Add custom connector.
  3. Enter Soria Analytics as the name.
  4. Enter https://mcp.soriaanalytics.com/mcp as the connector endpoint.
  5. Select Connect.
  6. Complete the Soria OAuth flow with your existing Soria account and approve access.

Team and Enterprise setup

An organization Owner must first add Soria as a custom Web connector in the organization’s connector settings:
  1. Open the organization’s settings in Claude.
  2. Go to Connectors and add a custom Web connector.
  3. Name it Soria Analytics and enter https://mcp.soriaanalytics.com/mcp.
  4. Save the connector.
After the Owner adds it, each member connects the connector and signs in with their own Soria account. Access is tied to the individual member’s Soria permissions. For the latest Claude controls and plan-specific details, see Anthropic’s custom connector guidance.

Access and security

  • Claude receives an OAuth token. It never receives your Soria password or an API key.
  • Access is bounded by the permissions of the Soria user who signs in.
  • Customers receive only the read-only customer MCP tools documented in MCP tools.
  • Customer connections never expose admin, ingestion, Hermes, or write tools.

Troubleshooting

Reconnect the Soria connector and complete the OAuth sign-in again.
Confirm that the endpoint is exactly https://mcp.soriaanalytics.com/mcp. It must include /mcp.
Your Soria account needs MCP access. If you believe it should already have access, contact Support.
